Property Maintenance Technician

Bender Midwest Properties is looking to add a friendly, hard-working Property Management Maintenance Technician to our team. As a Maintenance Technician with Bender Midwest Properties, you will join an established, experienced maintenance team with over 100 years combined experience. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintenance in and on our over 50, and growing, commercial and multi-family buildings in Sioux Falls and surrounding areas. This includes work order requests from existing residents, preparing units for new move ins upon vacancy and general preventative maintenance. 

- Previous apartment property management maintenance experience preferred but not required

- General maintenance experience

- Ability to lift 75 lbs.

- No aversion to heights

- Reliable vehicle

- Own hand tools

- Background check required

This position is full time, 40-hour work week with overtime opportunities, and includes a rotating on-call schedule for evenings, weekends and holidays.
