Job Summary 

As the groundskeeper, you will be responsible for general upkeep and cleanliness across a variety of our commercial and multi-family properties. Projects will include light cleaning and maintenance of parking lots and grounds surrounding the buildings, as well as corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, and mechanical rooms. You will also be responsible for other projects needed by the property managers, including weeding, trash pickup, planting, and other landscaping tasks, as well as painting and other assigned tasks. 

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for the timely upkeep of grounds, landscaping, and parking lots
• May monitor and repair/clean trash areas, pet parks,      property exteriors, property hallways, sprinkling systems, and fences
• Submit requests for supplies to the Property Manager
• Keep property curb appeal in great condition at all      times
• Participates in other tasks and activities as assigned, including some minor maintenance and light cleaning
• Keep work supplies organized in storage areas

Requirements

• Great attitude and strong work ethic
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Act with integrity
• Reliable vehicle and licensed to drive
• Background check required

Physical Requirements 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Bending and Twisting
• Repetitive use of hands
